I am using the form of pattern, symbol, sign and repetition to question my own habits and lived experience in relation to how I acknowledge and respond to warnings about the climate change emergency.
The repeated actions and choices we all make within our domestic environments impact on the natural world. Human impact is a complex issue, but by simply raising our awareness to, and checking in on, our repeating actions, we can gradually change, often unwitting, negative impact behaviour patterns into positive ones.
I hope to encourage engagement with ongoing conversations and warnings about the impact of human activity on the natural world, so that we can become better equipped to understand, and adapt positively to, the complex challenges that we face.
